It has a picnic area, with facilities such as toilets, a parking area and a stone-built rondavel for those sunny days.

It offers panoramic, bird's eye views of the plains nearby, where Impalas are known to spend most of their time.

What to do there?Game viewing, bird watching, with a multitude of species to see, including Impalas and if your lucky, their predators.

Or go for a picnic, bush functions — either way a pair of binoculars along with some food and refreshments may come in handy.
