A small village in Namibia, built in the traditional ways of the Damara people to give a glimpse of their daily lives.

Even its inhabitants don traditional garments, going about their lives just as they would back in the day and in the process giving demonstrations of how different tools were used and activities were done.

Visitors may even partake in some of the activities such as hunting, weapon making, fire making, cooking, traditional dances and medicine.

However current homesteads of the Damara people may be more modern than this one.
