The largest of three air force
museums in south africa, the other two being at
Ysterplaat in Cape Town and another in
Port Elizabeth.
It is said to be the oldest in the country, sporting several of the military's older aircraft — some of which were used during world war two.
The museum is part of the Swartkop air base and hosts an air show once a year.
