Kaole snake park restaurant and bar

The Kaole snake park restaurant is a small eatery and bar that is located on the outskirts of Bagamoyo town. It shares the same compound as the Kaole snake park and was open at the end of 2016, although unlike the snake park, it does not require an entrance fee.

Its compound sits adjacent to the entrance of the Kaole ruins site, and well on the outskirts of the small town of Bagamoyo - Tanzania. How to get there?From the town centre of Bagamoyo, the restaurant can be reached by car or taxi. It is about 10 km south east, taking a road that runs close to the shore to get there, part of which is paved and the rest being an all seasons dirt road. Most taxi fares in the area are quite cheap, and even cheaper if you use the motorcycle taxi.
